Davis have been leading a division since 2009 and have managed to helped and trained many young associates to achieve their financial freedom as well as their dreams. With his experience in real estate and project management, he is able to effectively guide many realtors in their career path, with some achieving 6 figures income in a month, and being awarded with Diamonds by ERA recognition at company level.
Helping Real Estate Salespersons (RES) fulfil their dreams is Davis’s Dream and goal. He believes that everyone have the potential to build a sustainable real estate career, provided the right mentorship, right direction and right business model is build. He regularly conduct RES Revision Classes to help all aspiring RES to pass their exams.
